As you are aware, we continue to experience extraordinary inflationary challenges, despite

implementing multiple productivity actions, and we are unable to offset the size and pace of

these headwinds. As a result, TE Connectivity (TE) will be implementing a price change

across all regions effective July 4, 2022 for all authorized TE distributors.

Price files will be provided via a separate communication no later than June 4. Please note

that all open backlog not yet delivered at previous price will be modified to the new pricing

levels as of August 1.
